Little Dragons (age 3-4)
This fun class teaches the fundamentals of martial arts while keeping your child actively engaged! These children learn to follow directions, listen to their instructor, and interact with other children. They learn to be successful in a structured learning environment. They gain a sense of focus, discipline, coordination and determination all while staying physically active. We are committed to putting your child on the path to a lifetime of success!
Beginning, Intermediate & Advanced Karate (age 4-13)
This class will transform your child into a confident and motivated teenager. Our instructor Eli Guzman, is committed to building confidence in our students and preparing them for a lifetime built on values, leadership skills and respect for themselves and those around them. While progressing through the Guzman belt system your child will:
- Learn to focus: enhancing concentration and memory
- Gain Self Confidence: overcome shyness, be able to resist negative peer pressure, stand up to bullies and speak up for themselves, raise their hand in school and offer their opinions
- Respect: they will learn to treat others with courtesy and respect
- Leadership skills: Learn to lead through knowledge and example
- Self Discipline: They will learn the value of self control and the power of cooperation, gain the ability to set goals, work hard and achieve success
